In the Springtime 2017 we enlarged our holiday-house on the second floor. The apartment named San Vigilio new has a flat of 56 sqm and you find it to the right side of our house, with the entrance on the back side, allways using the upstairs on the first floor. The aparment consists in two double-bedrooms, furnished with SAT-TV and safe, two bathrooms, living-kitchen-area allways with SAT-TV, wi-fi, double-sofa-bed and balcony. Starting from the standard-capacity with four beds, till 5 persons have place with the sofa-bed, corresponding to the rule "anti-covid" = 1/10 (10 sqm/person).

At disposal to our guests: private parking place, garden, washing-machine and in the winter-season, without charge, the skidepot with boot dryer at the skisaloon La Miara/Bronta at the skilift La Miara.
