is 25,00 € per person without reduction for children.
All prices are per apartment per day and are valid for a minimum stay of 7 nights - including towels and bed-linen.
NEWS from the GOVERNANCE:
Starting from 01/01/2014 all prices shown are subject to the tourist tax, amounting for our accommodation establishment to 0,70 euro per person per day. Teenager till 14 years get free. Aged 14 and over the tax must be paied. The tax is payable in the accommodation establishment you are staying the day of departure. This tourist tax is required by the governance with the law n.9 of 16th may 2012.
In case of early departure we reserve us the right to withdraw up to 3 days in statement (according to international hotel standards).
A firm booking is valid only after receipt of a deposit of 100,00 euros per apartment.
Arrival and Departure: On arrival you are the apartments from 15.00 clock. We vacate the apartment on departure day by 10.00 clock.
Dogs or other pets: If you want to bring their pets so we ask you to inform us about it early, no later than at time of booking.
For your pet we charge 5,00 € per day without food (bring your own blanket or basket so your own).
Linen change once weekly and change bath towels facultative.
In the morning, roll and milk delivery service also available.
To pay your bill, we accept payment in cash, by check or by bank transfer.
